Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has congratulated former Justice Iftikhar Ahmad Cheema on winning the by elections in NA-101 Wazirabad (Gujranwala). Extending his congratulations and felicitation to the people of Wazirabad over their overwhelming trust in the PML-N's candidate, the Prime Minister said that people's verdict in favour of PML-N candidate today is not only the manifestation of PML-N's popularity in the country but is also a source of strength for us to work for revolutionising the life of each and every citizen of our country.
"By the grace of Almighty Allah we have entered in the consolidation phase of the gains made in socio-economic fields with particular focus on making the life of common man easier", he added. "The confidence reposed by the people of Wazirabad has reinforced our determination and commitment to the masses for transforming their lives", the Prime Minister reiterated. He said policies ensured development for the deprived areas and through the reform agenda every part of the country will progress. He also thanked Almighty Allah for this victory.
