Peshawar Electricity Supply Company (Pesco) has urged the consumers to adopt precautionary measures while keeping in view current torrential rains in the province.
According to statement issued here on Sunday, Pesco requested customers with the specific context to the current rains, to please adopt all precautionary measures and not to touch cables and poles because due to rains these may be electrified so to avoid electrocution and electric shocks for your own safety and do not touch them. Due to flood in some areas in the province, power supply is temporarily suspends for safety purpose and it is restored when the situation gets normal.
