Punjab Planning and Development Department Directorate General Monitoring & Evaluation will organise a seminar in order to capacitate the international/national firms and departments for fair and transparent bidding process on Wednesday (today). A government spokesman said that Punjab Government departments need capacity building and facilitation to implement development projects efficient, smooth, successful and cost effective to maximise the service delivery on faster pace.
