Anti-Narcotic Force (ANF) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Thursday arrested more than 22 drug dealers during a drive against peddlers at different places of the provincial capital and recovered heroin from their possession. According to provincial ANF sources that the operation was conducted on the directives of Director General ANF in Karkhanoo market, Chughal Pura, Charsadda road, Sufaid Dheri, Jameel Chowk, Shakheed Abad, Tehkal, Kohat Bus Stand, Hayatabad and Daal Garan.
They recovered heroin including 52 kg hashish, 6 kg opium and 2.5 kg heroin. The ANF DG ensured that operation against the peddlers would be extend to every nook and corner to make the society free from such kind of wicked and social evils. He said that masses had fully cooperated in these drives with the ANF personnel.
