Institute of Business Management (IoBM) and Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (ICMA) Pakistan signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation in research, development and innovation on Wednesday here at the Entrepreneurship & Management Excellence Center (EMEC) of IoBM. This MoU, according to an IoBM statement, was signed by Talib Karim Rector and Executive Director at IoBM's Corporate Affairs, Entrepreneurship & Management and Muhammad Kamran Jamil, Executive Director (Acting) and Director Research and Publications, ICMA.
The ceremony was largely attended by IoBM deans, HoDs and faculty members. An informative presentation on ICMA was delivered on this occasion. Karim said the two institutions would formally collaborate in joint projects in research, development and innovation and avail of the opportunities both institutions offer for students and faculty. Jamil of ICMA emphasised upon the need to synergize in research and development at the national and global levels and believed that both IoBM and ICMA would play a positive role in this regard.
