The Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP) on Wednesday recommended name of Justice Athar Minallah for permanent appointment as judge of the Islamabad High Court. The Judicial Commission met here with Chief Justice of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali in the chair. Sources disclosed that name of Justice Athar Minallah has been recommended for appointment as a permanent judge of the Islamabad High Court. After the recommendation, his name would be sent to the Parliamentary Committee for approval.
