Civil Judge Multan, Khurshid Ahmed has admitted a petition of a lawyer Shahbaz Gurmani Baloch for hearing and summoned a model/actress Qandeel Baloch to appear before the court on July 13 to explain why she had posed herself as Baloch when she belongs to Mahra tribe. The petitioner submitted that court should issue orders to Qandeel Baloch to use her real name Fauzia Azeem Mahra. She does not belong to Baloch family and she has attempted to defame the Baloch. The petitioner, Shahbaz Gurmani, has stated in his application that Qandeel Baloch is distorting the custom and history of Pakistan.
