Federal Ombudsman M. Salman Faruqui has said that Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat would sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sheikhupura Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) to address the constraints being faced by them in the promotion of trade, business and investment activities.
The MoU will also enable the members of the chamber to extend their cooperation to Wafaqi Mohtasib and its efforts to help their philanthropic activities.
Addressing the chamber, Faruqui said regarding the shortage of electricity and gas that many projects are underway and many of them are nearing completion. Upon their completion, these energy related projects would resolve the existing shortfall to a large extent within couple of years, he added.
