UCP to hold eight-day faculty development programme

UCP Business School, University of Central Punjab started a comprehensive one week "Faculty Development Program" from 14th - 22nd July, 2016 at UCP. Dr Muhammad Nizamuddin, Chairman HEC Punjab graced the opening ceremony as the Chief Guest
In his inaugural note, Dr Nizamuddin applauded the efforts of UCP Business School. He emphasised on the importance of Faculty Training and said education system can only be improved through faculty training. He said no school, college or university should allow a teacher to teach who does not possess Teacher Training Certificate. He further said that teaching and research universities must work separately to promote the culture of research.
Dr Muhammad Zafarullah, Pro-Rector UCP delivered the welcome note and briefed the audience about the contents and objectives of the training. He said the purpose of this program is to upscale UCP Business School curricula keeping abreast with updated online teaching resources, tools and techniques.-PR
