Spot basis bids for hard red winter wheat in the southern US Plains on Tuesday were unchanged despite the pullback in futures prices from session highs, merchandisers said. K.C. hard red winter wheat contracts bowed to profit-taking after three days of gains that sent futures to a 10-day high on Monday.
