The surveillance team of Peshawar Electricity Supply Company (Pesco) nabbed 127 more illegal connections during raids in Khyber Circle, Swat Circle and Mardan. The surveillance team checked various premises in Lala sub-division in the areas of New City Homes, Peshawar Garden Town and nabbed 53 power pilferers while 30 more were nabbed in the areas of Daudzai sub-division.
Similarly, during checking in the areas of Cantonment sub-division Mardan, 15 power pilferers and 5 in City sub-division nabbed, while a meter of Shazad was found 33 percent slow. Furthermore, five power pilferers in the areas of Yar Hussain sub-division including Usman Akhtar Ice Bar, water supply scheme nabbed. Similarly, in Cantonment sub-division Mardan, direct connections of Mega Mart and street light were found.
During the checking in Nowshera Cantonment sub-division of Khyber Circle, 12 direct connections including Commercial Plaza, general store and leather shop nabbed. During checking in Shabqadar sub-division of Peshawar Circle, two domestic, one commercial, two industrial and one tube well direct connections were nabbed.
