Women Business Development Centre (WBDC), Peshawar in collaboration with Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WCCI) organized a one-day workshop on "Women Business Need Assessment" at IMSciences, here on Monday. WCCI President Nasira Lugmani presided over the session while Deputy General Manager (DGM), Women Entrepreneurship Developm-ent, Smeda, Tania Butter was the chief guest on the occasion. The upcoming and present women entrepreneurs attended the workshop at large.
Tania Butter briefed the participants in detail regarding the outreach activities and facilitation available with them. She also shared the functions of Smeda, pre-feasibilities and business tips. She also urged the participants to work in new avenues and offered full cooperation to women entrepreneurs in this regard. Speaking on the occasion, President WCCI Nasira Lughmani appreciated the role of the regional office of Smeda and WBDC Peshawar in the promotion of women entrepreneurship in the province. Provincial Chief, Smeda Javed Iqbal Khattak, Director IMSciences, Dr Mohsin and Manager Smeda, Rashid Aman also shared their experiences with the participants.
