The Fata Development Authority will hold a Hunar Mela in Peshawar on Friday (tomorrow). Muhammad Arshad Farooq, Manager Skills Fata Development Authority said that the event is going to organise with the support of the Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) Reform Support Programme, which is funded by the European Union, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Royal Norwegian Embassy.
He said the Additional Chief Secretary Fata, Dr Fida Muhammad Wazir, will be the chief guest of the event, while number of government officials, donors, INGOs personals and skill development experts would also attend the event. He further said that the Fata Development Authority is main co-ordinating authority of skill development and technical and vocational education and training in Fata. The Authority, he said, also extending post training services to pass-outs.
