A parliamentary body Monday asked the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to submit details of Terms and Conditions of Services (TCS), 2002 of the Bureau's employees to the committee. The sub-committee of the Senate Standing Committee on Law, Justice and Human Rights which met with Senator Farooq Hamid Naek asked the NAB to submit the details of NAB TCS, 2002 before the committee for the purpose of reviewing them before the next meeting.
The sub-committee is reviewing the NAB's TCS, 2002 to examine whether these are in line with the parent law or not, ie, NAB Ordinance, 1999 and scheme of services laws as provided vide the Civil Servants Act, 1973. Naek asked the NAB officials to submit separate list of initial employees, deputationists and contractual employees as well as inform the committee members about terms and conditions for induction. The meeting was also attended by Senator Saeed Ghani, Senator Muhammad Ali Saif and the NAB officials.
