The General Council of Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q), Punjab, which met on Wednesday, has unanimously elected Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, Chaudhy Zaheeruddin and Mian Imran Masood, as president, general secretary and secretary information of PML-Q Punjab respectively. The elections were held here at Muslim League House under the supervision of Election Commission comprising Alamgir advocate, Ajmal Khan Wazir, Chaudhry Abdur Razzaque and others.
Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi is currently abroad. While addressing the party general council meeting, PML-Q leaders Basharat Raja, Tariq Bashir Cheema, Chaudhy Zaheeruddin, criticised Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for not fulfilling his constitutional obligations. They said the PML-Q is playing the role of real opposition. They paid tributes to Pak army for restoring law & order in the country.
