The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party (PPDWP) approved the development scheme of public private partnership (PPP) sector with an estimated cost of Rs 16.830 million. The scheme was approved in the 25th meeting of the PPDWP for the current fiscal year 2016-17. Secretary P&D Iftikhar Ali Sahoo, all members of the Planning & Development Board, provincial secretaries concerned and other senior representatives of the relevant Provincial Departments also attended the meeting.
According to spokesman for the P&DD, the approved development scheme included feasibility study for the project - dualization of Dina-Mangla road (from Dina bypass N5 to Mangla Bridge) (PC-II) (length = 12.83 km), Jhelum at the cost of Rs 16.830 million.
