UBL has been declared the 'Best Bank of the Year' in the Large Size Banks category by the CFA Society Pakistan, a member of the CFA Institute, USA. CFA Society Pakistan is an organisation of analysts, portfolio managers and finance professionals.
The Award recognises excellence achieved by financial institutions and professionals. It also applauds institutions providing value enhancing services to the investing public in Pakistan.
Wajahat Husain, President & CEO UBL received this Award on behalf of UBL. Syed Murad Ali Shah, Chief Minister Sindh was the Chief Guest at the Prize Distribution Ceremony and presented the award to UBL. Muhammad Zafar-ul-Haq Hijazi, Chairman SECP, was also present at the occasion. UBL leads the banking and financial services sector in Pakistan. Over the course of its 57 years of existence, the Bank has come to be acknowledged as a Progressive and Innovative bank.-PR
