The two-member team of University of Sindh, namely Muhammad Junaid Malik of Faculty of Pharmacy and Sidra Baloch of Institute of English Language and Literature clinched the champion's trophy of the 25th All Pakistan Bilingual Declamation Contest, organized by Cadet College, Petaro.
Junaid Malik represented the university in Urdu part of the contest while Sidra Baloch participated in English version of the event. A total of 50 students of 25 educational institutions participated in the contest, out of them Junaid Malik bagged first position in Urdu language and Sidra left 47 of her contenders behind and secured consolation prize in English language. The competition is considered unique throughout the country on account of its exalted status.
