Collector Customs meets DG PFSA

Collector Customs Preventive Lahore Zulfiqar Younas held a meeting with Director General Punjab Forensic Science Agency (PFSA) Dr Muhammad Ashraf Tahir at the Punjab Forensic Science Agency headquarters the other day. Both of them discussed matters of mutual interest especially issues relating to forensic examination of vehicles and the DG PFSA assured full co-operation to resolve issues.
On the request of the Collector Customs Zulfiqar Younas, the DG PFSA agreed to impart necessary training to the Customs officials regarding forensic awareness. Later the Collector Customs took a tour of the PFSA and was briefed about the various facilities available at the agency. It is expected that this co-operation will help Customs Department in timely action against tempered vehicle and forensic investigations of currency and other high profile smuggling cases.
