The Balochistan Assembly unanimously adopted a resolution expressing full confidence in the 'dynamic leadership' of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, here on Friday. Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri tabled the resolution in the House.
"We fully accept the verdict of the Supreme Court in the Panama Papers Leaks case and we shall also accept the report of the Joint Investigation Team constituted by the apex court in its verdict, wholeheartedly," said Zehri speaking on the floor of the House. Later, the session of the House was adjourned for an indefinite period. On the other hand, the Sindh Assembly during its session today unanimously passed a motion demanding the Prime Minister to resign in view of the Supreme Court's decision in Panama Papers case. The motion that was presented by PPP's Senior Minister Nisar Ahmed Khuhro cited the note of the two senior judges of the apex court in the judgement.
