More than 300 companies from around 30 countries will participate in the 15th International Exhibition for the Energy Industry 'POGEE-2017' that will be held from May 16 to 19, at the Expo Centre. The state-of-the-art equipment, machinery, technological advancement and innovative services will be on display at the Pakistan, Oil, Gas and Energy Exhibition (POGEE) that is expected to attract approximately 8,000 to 10,000 visitors hailing from oil, gas and energy sectors from cities such as Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Ghotki, Muzaffargarh, Sheikhupura, Multan, Lahore and Karachi.
Apart from Pakistan, companies from China, Germany, Italy, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, France, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Poland, Japan, Singapore, USA, Australia, South Korea, U.K., Slovakia, Belgium, Malaysia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Sweden, Netherlands, Turkey and Saudi Arabia will participate in the exhibition .
The 'POGEE-2017' will provide an opportunity to bring closer the international business professionals and the leading local industry players to exchange their technical and business expertise in a highly-focused business to business environment to enlighten the local industry with the latest developments in the global oil, gas and energy sector.
The exhibition will be featuring a highly-focused conference program that is aimed at bringing South Asia's energy industry into the limelight. The POGEE conference offers an excellent platform for exchange of views and information to the highly-targeted audience from oil, gas and energy industry.
The International Conference will be based on the theme 'paving ways to fulfill energy demands and supply.' The daylong conference will consist of two exclusive sessions on integration into energy system, and the second session on future of coal and renewable energy resources in Pakistan.
Eminent speakers from both local and international organizations and associations such as Schneider Electric, UAE, Solar Sigma Ltd (SSL) & Solar Sigma Group International, Malaysia, Siemens Pakistan Engineering Company Ltd, Oil And Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), Pakistan Council of Renewable Energy Technologies (PCRET), Energy Department, Government of Sindh, Private Power and Infrastructure Board (PPIB), Centre for Coal Technologies, University of Punjab. The POGEE-2017 will be an ideal platform to display the latest technology, equipment and machinery as well as allied services, while providing investors with a definite outlook of the regional energy industry and an opportunity to meet their prospective counterparts and business partners.
