Sajid Khan denies harassment allegations against him before Indian film body
Aahana Kumra, who was last seen in Bollywood film ‘Lipstick Under My Burkha’, has joined the list of celebs who have accused director Sajid Khan of sexual misconduct. However, Sajid has denied all the allegations leveled against him by the accusers.
Aahana said in an interview to Bombay Times that she had a meeting with Sajid last year, despite knowing the fact that he is a shady guy. She arrived at his house for the meeting and was taken to his room, which was pretty dark, she added.
The actress told Sajid to switch on the lights, which he did. "He wanted to chat with me. I told him my mom's a police officer which I think made him behave. But he still asked me bizarre questions like, 'Would you have sex with a dog if I gave you Rs 100 crore?’,” she revealed, adding that he did not touch her. She claimed that he asked rather indecent questions to her.
On the other hand, responding to the show cause notice sent to him by Indian Film and Television Directors' Association (IFTDA), Sajid has denied all the sexual harassment allegations against him. He emphasised on how they have deeply harmed his professional and personal life. He also requested the film body to listen to his side of the story without any biasness.
After the meeting, the film body has now requested the complainants to meet the panel and put across their points of view sometime next week.
