Appealing for the co-operation of business community, standing committee of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) on Law and Order has announced to launch a campaign for boosting morale of police in the holy month of Ramazan. Nadeem Khan, Chairman of the committee addressing a meeting held at Federation House said that the campaign will begin in few days by distributing water bottles to on-duty police officials.
Nadeem Khan announced that within next few days bottles will be distributed among policemen deployed in Clifton, Defence and Shahra-e-Faisal, and gradually the campaign will be extended to the other parts of the city. In the meeting the problems being faced by traffic police were also discussed in detail and solutions were suggested. Meeting stressed that to maintain the flow of traffic additional measures would be taken.
