Provincial Minister for Minorities and Human Rights Khalil Tahir Sandhu has said that solution of all domestic problems is possible only through education and initiative of women resource centre will be a milestone in this regard. He expressed these views while inaugurating Women Resource Center along Australian High Commissioner in Kinnaird College Lahore.
MPA Kanji Ram, Principal Kinnaird college Rukhsana David, Vice Principal Kinnaird College Dr Nighat Khan, President of FACES Pakistan Javaid William were also present. Australian High Commissioner Margaret Thomson told media that it is a great honour to be a part of this initiative. She also said that Australian government is keen to strengthen relations with Pakistan and these types of initiatives will be helpful for the best future between both countries. Sandhu while talking to media said that hopefully this kind of centers will become helpful to those ladies who belong to deprived areas like southern Punjab.
