Message from Chief Executive Officer, STDC

I'm pleased to extend my warmest admirations to the whole team of STDC for taking this project towards successful completion with the explicit show of hard work and dedication. Our team is one of the dreamers, who have the technical skills in project management, overhead & underground transmission line maintenance and have an understanding of business strategies. Most importantly, they have the passion to turn our grand vision into reality.
Sindh Transmission and Dispatch Company (Pvt) Ltd is purely focused towards the rehabilitation of traditional power transmission and distribution systems, specifically in Sindh province. We have commenced with a transmission line project and will move towards introducing new technologies in the high voltage electric power industry that are floating and successfully working all over the developed world.
The completion of first ever 132 KV Provincial transmission line is history now. Amongst all provinces, Sindh has taken the lead once again. This project has earned goodwill for the company and STDC will strive hard to maintain high standards of integrity. STDC will continue to prosper and enlighten its name in energy sector.
I am highly indebted of all time support of Mr. Syed Murad Ali Shah , Honorable Chief Minister Sindh, Mr. Rizwan Memon Chief Secretary GoS, Mr. Agha Wasif Abbas Secretary Energy Department GoS for standing side by side throughout the completion of the project. I also owe gratitude to Mr. Sohail Rajput, Ex-Secretary Finance Department GoS to fulfil the timely disbursement of funds required for the project. It would not have been possible without the support of Mr. Khurshid Jamali, Advisor to Energy Department GoS who helped and suggested timely measures in all aspect of the project. I am thankful to Mr. Sayied Asif Mahmood Chairman Sindh Nooriabad Power Company Limited and Mr. Tayyab Tareen Chief Executive Officer K-Electric Ltd for their tremendous support and to be our long term partners. I am also thankful to Mr. Sayed Arif, Ali, Project Director of our EPC Contractor M/s Technomen Kinetics (Pvt) Ltd who diligently executed the project. Last but not the least Mr. Tariq Saeed and Mr. Sajjad Ahmed Junejo are the two wings who remained associated day and night to keep STDC at highest mast.
