100+ Ramazan profiteers held in Peshawar

District administration arrested 111 persons in crackdown against profiteers from different bazaars during Iftar time. The arrested profiteers were included fresh milk sellers, fruit and vegetable vendors, butchers, grocers and others. On the directives of Deputy Commissioner, Peshawar, Saqib Raza Aslam, the Assistant Commissioner Mohammad Mughees Sanaullah along with other officials conducted raids in Sabzi Mandi, Firdous, Hashtnagri, Dalazak Road, Charsadda Road and Hussain Chowk areas and arrested 23 persons for profiteering and violation of official price list.
