Pakistan Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa presided over a high-level meeting in which he was briefed about the latest security situation, Aaj News reported on Saturday night. Quoting sources, the channel further reported that the Chief of the Army Staff called for beefed up security arrangements across the country. The army chief also directed the relevant staff to intensify monitoring of the Pak-Afghan border.
