JI to organise seminar on Fata reforms

Jamaat e Islami has decided to hold a national seminar on the implementation of the FATA reforms, on July 19 at Mansoora. Senior leaders from different political and religious parties besides notables from the tribal area would address the seminar. This was decided in the high level meeting held here on Sunday at Mansoora. While addressing the meeting, JI Secretary General Liaqat Baloch said the JI is beginning a movement for abolition of the FCR and for bringing FATA in the national mainstream.
Public meetings and rallies would be held in different FATA areas and thousands of tribal people would stage a march to Islamabad. He said it was high time that the people of the tribal areas were pulled out of the slavery of the FCR and allowed to live as equal citizens of the country.
