Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has inducted 12th Boeing 777 aircraft in its fleet on the other day. According to details, the aircraft has been obtained on Dry lease for a period of six years from Ireland based leasing company Macquarie. With the induction of Boeing 777-300, PIA has 12 Boeing 777 in its fleet with a fleet strength rising to 32 aircraft at the earliest.
The Boeing 777-300 has capacity of 442 seats and after completion of all necessary formalities will be put into airline's operation. CEO PIA, Nayyar Hayat while sharing his views on the induction of the aircraft said that PIA would now be able to serve its passengers with more convenience flights and increase in airline's network. The newly inducted aircraft will be utilized on PIA international routes.
