The Sindh Assembly on Friday stood just for two minutes, as Speaker, Aga Siraj Durrani adjourned the sitting till Monday morning for 'short' attendance of legislators. The sitting that was rescheduled from 10 am to 3 pm poorly failed to attract the legislators in a greater number to undertake the agenda of the day. The Speaker appeared at 4 pm in the house by one hour late of the schedule and put off the sitting.
At about 3:45 pm, Sindh Excise and Taxation minister, Mukesh Kumar Chawla took scores of legislators of PPP out of the house that further reduced the attendance. At the end few stayed including Sindh Education Minister, Mehtab Dahar and Sindh Health Minister, Dr Sikandar Mandhro with PTI parliamentary leader, Samar Ali Khan and PML-F, Nusrat Sehar Abbasi.
