The Divisional Director Information Hyderabad, Khurshid Ali Shaikh has said that great nations always celebrate their Independence Day with zeal & enthusiasm so that coming generations could be aware of the importance of independence. He said that after great sacrifices made by our ancestors, today we are living in an independent country freely. He was addressing at the Independence Day ceremony at Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE) Hyderabad.
Khurshid said that independence was not less than any blessing of Almighty Allah and now it was our responsibility to work for the development and welfare of Pakistan so that Pakistan could lead Muslim world in future.
Addressing at the ceremony, the Chairman BISE Hyderabad Professor Dr Muhammad Memon said that there is no doubt that we have very talented youth but there is a need to encourage and provide them better opportunities so that they could show their talent on national and international level. He said that he and his team were putting efforts to improve the standard of the education. Besides this extra-curricular healthy activities were being organized regularly, he said.
The Controller Examinations BISE Hyderabad Dr Masroor Ahmed Zai has said that development and prosperity could not be achieved without improving the educational standard. He said that today students, teachers and parents should vow to play their vital role in improving the educational system as well as removing the copy-culture during the examinations.
