The Accountability Court on Monday directed National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to remove deficiencies from two of its references filed in compliance with the Supreme Court's verdict in the Panama Papers case.
Sources said that registrar of Accountability Court highlighted the deficiencies in the reference relating to the Avenfield Properties (Flat No 16 and 16-A, 17 and 17-A Avenfield House, Park Lane, London) as well as the reference relating to establishment of Azizia Steel Company and Hill Metals Company. Due to human error, four photocopies were found missing from the two references, he said, adding that in the original set of references all the documents were provided, whereas two photocopies were found missing which have been provided to the registrar.
