A meeting of the preference share holders of Summit Bank Limited will be held on October 16, 2017 at Islamabad to consider and approve the conversion of the listed preference shares, both classes A & B, into ordinary shares of the Bank. Accordingly, the registry of the preference share holders will remain closed from October 09, 2017 to October 16, 2017 (both days inclusive), a notice sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Monday said.
