On Monday at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited, the total traded value of Metals, Energy and COTS/FX was recorded at PKR 6.070 billion and the number of lots traded was 13,381. PMEX Commodity Index closed at 3,010. Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 3.170 billion, followed by currencies through COTS PKR 1.755 billion, WTI crude oil PKR 692.664 million, silver PKR 157.350 million, Brent crude oil PKR 141.889 million, platinum PKR 128.434 million, natural gas PKR 13.404 million and copper PKR 9.891 million.
