Shaheen Air International (SAI) in collaboration with Pakistan Golf Federation and Punjab Golf Association sponsored the 4th Commander Open Golf Tournament 2017. Kashif Sehbai, Chairman, Shaheen Air International was the chief guest at the concluding ceremony and gave away prizes to the winners.
Golfers from the armed forces and civilians from all over the country participated in the golf tournament including corps commander and general officers from the Pakistan Army. Amongst the corps commander were Lieutenant General Ikram Ullah and Lieutenant General Azhar Saleh Abbasi, while senior management from the airline also participated.
Speaking on the occasion, Kashif Sehbai, stated, "The tournament is an endeavour from Shaheen Air International to promote the game in the country. We are proud to participate in this sporting gala and it is great to see such talented players play professional golf. Our confidence and bondage with Pakistan Army serves as a testimony to our shared commitment of serving the country."
