Praising the performance of Motorway Police, the Inspector General Police Sindh AD Khowaja, said that the highway police have introduced a unique traffic management system which is highly admired by road users. He said this addressing the ran-wearing ceremony of newly-promoted 29 Inspectors/SPOs of Sindh and Balochistan Zone, here on Friday.
"This force is not only gaining high reputation in Pakistan but also making us proud, globally," he said. Khowaja further said that the N-5 South Zone of Motorway Police is the most difficult in terms of traffic management; however, the dedication and hard work of officers of N-5 South Zone make it convenient to travel safely on N-5 H South Highway.
On this occasion, IG Motorway Police Dr Syed Kaleem Imam said that he is proud to be the commander of the most dedicated and honest force. He sensitized the audience that more promotions will be made soon as the department is progressing positively.
Shahid Hayat Khan, DIG, N-5 South Zone, congratulated all the newly-promoted officers and encouraged them to work with same zeal and zest. He said that it is an honour for him to take charge as DIG Motorway Police, N-5 South Zone.
