Punjab University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Zafar Moeen Nasir has said that the administration had aimed at introducing latest IT-based learning management system in all the academic departments of the university and now this system will be launched at Institute of Education and Research (IER) as pilot project soon. was addressing the orientation ceremony of newly admitted students at Institute of Education and Research at Faisal Auditorium here on Thursday.
