PUC welcomes postponement of Sialvi's sit-in

Chairman Pakistan United Council and secretary of various wings of Markazi Jamiat-e-Ahle-Hadith Dr Abdul Ghafoor Rashid has welcomed postponement of sit in at Data Darbar today by Pir Hameeduddin Sialvi in the wake of the Kasur and Sargodha incidents. Pir Sialvi's spokesman Ghulam Nizamuddin said that the new date will be announced after consulting Ulema and Mashaikh.
Welcoming Pir Sialvi's decision Dr Abdul Ghafoor Rashid said that the religious and political parties must realize that hatred, extremism, terrorism and anger in the society have touched dangerous heights.
