JHANG: An anti-encroachment operation continued on Thursday in the district against illegal encroachments under the Clean and Green Punjab campaign.

Assistant Commissioner Zahoor Hussain, led by TMA team and police participated in the operation.

Assistant Commissioner said the operation will continue against land grabber mafia and all illegal encroachments were also removed on Muzaffargarh Road, Layyah Road and Bhakhar Road.

On the occasion, he requested the public to remove voluntarily all illegal encroachments on government land, otherwise stern action would be taken and cases will be also registered against the violators.
