Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Punjab President Qamar Zaman Kaira has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the death of former President of Supreme Court Bar Association Asma Jehangir. Secretary General PPP Punjab Manzoor Ahmed also joined him in paying tributes to the departed soul, saying that late Asma Jehangir was a champion of women rights in Pakistan. She has been challenging the status quo forces of the society and struggled for the depressed sections of the society.
