24th death anniversary of Amir Hamza Khan observed

The 24th death anniversary of great Pashto poet and Baba-e-Ghazal Amir Hamza Khan Shinwari observed here in Landi Kotal, Khyber Agency. In this connection a literary gathering was organized under the auspices of Hamza Baba Pakhto Adabi Jirga at Hamza Baba Complex that was attended by numbers of poets, literary figures and lovers of Hamza Baba from across the Khyber Agency and paid rich tribute to the Pashto poet and highlighted different aspects of his life.
Poetry reciting (mushaira) session was presided by Dr Kaleem Shinwari and the participants' poets amused the audience by reading their poems.
