The Meteorological department said on Tuesday that a westerly wave is affecting central parts of the country and may persist till Wednesday. At said that mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, rain-thunderstorm with gusty winds is expected at isolated places in Hazara, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, FATA and Kashmir.
It said Rain thunderstorm with gusty winds occurred at isolated places in Quetta, Zhob, Kalat, Makran, Sukkur, Larkana, Hazara, D I Khan, Peshawar, D G Khan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Lahore, Rawalpindi divisions and upper FATA.
