Awami Muslim League (AML) President Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad called on the Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain at his Gulberg residence, here on Monday and discussed various issues including the country's current political situation and the general elections.
Ch Shujaat Hussain said on the occasion that N-League mistakes are drifting them away from the people. "Pir Pagara's efforts for bringing together Muslim Leaguers at one platform will certainly bear fruit," he said, adding: "I invite all the people with Muslim League mind, irrespective in which party they are, to come and gather under the flag of Muslim League."
Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad paid tributes to Ch Shujaat Hussain on his book. He said that by criticizing the Supreme Court and Chief Justice, N-League wants a clash among Pakistani institutions. N-League's personalized dictatorship will have to go now, he said.
Moreover, PML-Q leaders, Ch Shujaat Hussain, Ch. Parvez Elahi and Moonis Elahi have felicitated the newly-elected President Khawaja Naseer and Secretary Muhammad Ali Iqbal of the Punjab Assembly Press Gallery Committee.
