ISLAMABAD: Minister for Communications Murad Saeed on Friday said that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) was completely an independent institution and those criticizing it had remained involved in nepotism and corrupt activities.
Speaking on floor of the House in response to speech of PML-N MNA Khawaja Saad Rafique, the minister said that democracy had become strong and time had been ended when phone calls were made to get decisions as per wishes.
He said that time was over now when there had been culture of favoritism and nepotism and democracy was strengthening day by day. He said that NAB was taking action as per law and it was completely independent institutions in its functioning.
