The court passed the order in a petition of Agriculture Development Bank against Shehzad Khakwani for not returning the loan. Following the court directions, auctioneers presented auction plan and schedule in the court. The counsel of the bank told the court that owners of Zasha Limited were declared defaulters for not returning the amount taken as loan on the due date.
The counsel said a decree of over Rs 300 million was issued in the favor of the bank in 2016 but Shehzad Khakwani was reluctant to return the loan.
