Caretaker Balochistan Health Minister Faiz Muhammad Kakar called on Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Dr Hasan Askari, here on Wednesday and matters of mutual interest including promotion of inter-provincial harmony came under discussion.
Talking on the occasion, Dr Hasan Askari said that Pakistan is a beloved country of all of us and everybody has to play its role in the national development. He said promotion of inter-provincial harmony is the need of the hour as Pakistan will further be strengthened by promoting brotherhood and cohesion between the provinces.
He said that people living in the province of Balochistan are our brothers and every possible cooperation will be extended to them. Special Health Secretary of Balochistan government was also present on the occasion.
Moreover, Dr Hasan Askari in a message said that Malala Yousafzai lighted the candle of knowledge in the darkness of ignorance and boldly faced the fanatics. "Malala is an example for Pakistani students and her struggle for the promotion of education and elimination of extremist tendencies are praiseworthy, he said, adding: "Malala Yousafzai has achieved success in a young age. She is a symbol of bravery and commitment as well as a national pride. In fact, Malala is the real face of a modern and tolerant Pakistan.
