Canadian HC visits PSX

Many Canadian companies are interested in investment in different sectors in Pakistan, High Commissioner of Canada Perry Calderwood said. "Pakistan and Canada are enjoying good trade relations," he said, talking to the media during his visit to Pakistan Stock Exchange where rang the traditional opening bell at main trading hall of the PSX.
He further said that some Canadian companies are working in Pakistan while many other companies have evinced interest in investment in different sectors in Pakistan. Perry Calderwood said he was visiting Jhimpir (district Thatta), where a Canadian company is working on a wind power project. Later, Canadian High Commissioner held a meeting with the PSX directors, management and senior members.
