PDMA reviews monsoon contingency plan

In order to examine the plan devised for the effective management of any incident of urban flooding in Peshawar city or adjacent areas, an urgent meeting was held under the chairmanship of Director General PDMA with the district administration Peshawar, Peshawar Development Authority, Transport Department and Civil Defence Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Director Relief PDMA Iftikhar Ahmad Marwat,
AACI, HQs Peshawar Qaiser Kundi, Deputy Director PDMA Uzair Afridi, Deputy Director PDMA Muhammad Ilyas, Assistant Director PDMA Muhammad Kashif, manager Transport Aftab Alam and other attended the meeting.
The participants were informed regarding the decisions of the meeting held under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary regarding the overall Monsoon Contingency Plan.
