Soyameal on the European meals and feeds market eased on Thursday, pressured by a strong dollar and continued concerns about the trade dispute between the United States and China, the world's top soya importer. South American soyameal was mostly offered between unchanged and $5 tonne lower. An easier tone in CBOT soyameal futures because of profit taking also weighed.
Concerns over rapeseed yields due to the recent hot and dry spell pushed EU rapeseed up sharply with asking prices between three and seven euros per tonne higher than Wednesday.
