Edhi Foundation has received 50 ambulances donated by overseas Pakistan in Australia. Talking to journalists here on Tuesday, Edhi Foundation's head Faisal Edhi said these ambulances would be sent to different parts of the country to help further strengthen ambulance service. He said they have a fleet of around 1,800 ambulances. However, he added, they have to replace from 200 to 250 vehicles every year. Faisal Edhi said Pak expatriates in Australia have assured the Edhi.
